five Healthy Ways to loss Weight
Growing up, most people always discussed about ways to lose weight and get fit but it is surprisingly not the case for everyone. Some people actually want to get bigger, gain lean muscles or just pack some weight. This actually was an issue of mine as I was trying to find healthy ways to gain weight. You might have heard about actors or people gaining weight by eating all those calorie packed meal but are those healthy ways to gain weight? Not really … I’ll let you know how I did it and packed at least 20 pounds of lean muscles in few months.
first healty ways More meals, smaller portion
The trick here is for you not to let 3-4 hours pass before having another meal or snack. Usually, you would have breakfast, lunch and then dinner. However this might not be the best way to gain weight rapidly. You want to place a snack/meal in between each of the basic established meals. What this does is that it keeps your body working and digesting which is good in a way that it will also burn fat. Remember, the goal is to indeed gain weight but not any weight, preferably muscle mass.
second healty ways High metabolism, eat before bed
Something happened and still occurs from time to time when I don’t eat correctly before heading to bed and my body kind of goes into some starvation mode. It is as if the body was actually working at the moment I went to bed and was trying to digest. I knew it was not one of the healthy ways to gain weight if I did that so it was important to eat before bed and believe it or not, I would actually wake up with better looking core muscles. A lot of things happen during our sleep like healing, repair and regeneration. When you go to bed, this is when the whole muscle-building and lean tissue building occurs. It is at that very moment that the body uses what it stored during the day and sends it to your body parts like the regeneration of muscles and lean tissue after ripping them following exercises.
third healty ways More liquid, less solid
What I would do after going to the gym is mix up bananas with milk and switch up between honey, yoghurt or sometimes simply sugar. What happens when you drink is that you will feel less full than when you are eating and this makes a huge difference for when you are trying to pack weight. Milk can be an amazing source of protein but make sure not to overdo it cause it also packs up a lot of fats which might not bring you to your established goals.
fourth healty ways Less fast food, more healthy dense food
Believe it or not, I used to think that I would pack on weight by eating 2 Big Mac trios at McDonald’s, or eat a bunch of French fries and mix them up with all sort of sauces but I was wrong, dead wrong. All this does is pack up your body with bad, non-nutritious foods and saturated fats. You want to make big meals with lean meat bought from your local butcher, mix it up with brown rice, eggs, beans and other protein packed nutrients.
fifth healty ways Mix it all up!
Following track practice, I would mix everything up! I would have a plate of chicken and rice accompanied with pastas with meat sauce and to top it all (this might sound disgusting), a tall glass of 2% Chocolate Milk. This just yells PROTEINS, PROTEINS, PROTEINS! Damn right cause that is what you need to pack on lean muscles. However, make sure not to rush towards protein shakes and all that powder you see everywhere nowadays. Not that it is bad or anything but just make sure to do your research to find healthy ways to gain weight
